Volt Consulting MSP to Provide Thought Leadership at CWS Summit 2009

The annual event produced by the Staffing Industry Analysts takes place this year in Orlando, Florida on November 3rd and 4th. The following day, LeClair will offer expert guidance on project-based worker or 'SOW' sourcing before assuming a seat as a panelist for a much anticipated discussion entitled, 'Using LEAN, Six Sigma and TQM to Improve Your Contingent Workforce Management Processes'. Volt Consulting MSP also helped to develop the discussion topic for the second-day focus group entitled, 'SWOT Analysis of SOW Usage'. This focus group will foster discussion on the use of SOW resources and the required technical and experiential knowledge critical to success.
