Roundbox and TitanTV Partner to Deliver Broadcasters Mobile DTV
Roundbox Server and TitanTV ESG Data Service Give Broadcasters Added Reach Into Mobile

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 01/06/10 -- Roundbox, Inc., the leader in mobile broadcast software, and TitanTV, the foremost online software and information provider to the broadcasting industry, today announced a partnership to help their mutual customers deliver guide data services for Mobile DTV.
From this partnership, new and existing customers who use TitanTV's services to deliver guide data for terrestrial television and power online listings will be able to seamlessly integrate the Roundbox Server to deliver those listings to the next generation of mobile consumers.

Television stations can use the TitanTV Electronic Service Guide (ESG) Data Service as a standalone product, or as a part of TitanTV's MediaStar program management suite, which empowers broadcasters to manage their programming schedules and publish that information across multiple platforms. The ESG data service in turn supplies accurate TV program listings for ingestion by the Roundbox Server.
The Roundbox Server provides broadcasters a gold standard implementation of ATSC A/153 signaling and announcement services. After ingesting data from TitanTV, the server manages the delivery of data, invoking encryption, content protection, and other necessary services while handling aggregation of programming data and reliable delivery of the ESG to the mobile receiver.
